Install problems, little publisher support
This may or may not be a great game. After many tries at installing and much troubleshooting, still no luck in getting it to work. I haven't had any problems installing any of the other games, so this came as a bit of a surprise. From now on I'll be sure to try the demo versions before buying the full version.

Buyer beware-- although Amazon's excellent customer service came through with a refund, I was told that this would be a "one-time" exception. When you buy one of these games, it's yours, broken or not.

Free download did not work
I'm glad I read the reader's review about problems running the program before buying this product. I downloaded the 30 minute free trial into my XP system and also could not get the game to start properly. Saved some money, time and trouble thanks to the review a previous purchaser.

Will not work for me either
I, too tried to play this game and it would not load for me. I get to the main page where in the book it asks to click on the first case and everything just closes on me. I contacted Amazon to request a refund and they just gave me a zillion ways to blame it on my computer and didn't honor the refund. I recommend testing all games out with the free trial's first.
